Cafh teaches that daily life and spiritual life are one and that “there is no basis for thinking that our relationship with God can be better than our interpersonal relationships.”
I entered Cafh, a spiritual path more than 40 years ago and am an ordained practitioner of Cafh. As one committed to science and to free inquiry, I have very much appreciated that Cafh takes an experimental approach to spiritual life, not one based on dogmatic teachings or beliefs. Teachings are given in the spirit of “try this and see where it leads”. Discovery and understanding, along with a commitment to a search for truths is at the heart of its method. Cafh teaches that daily life and spiritual life are one and that “there is no basis for thinking that our relationship with God can be better than our interpersonal relationships.” Central to the path that Cafh offers is The Mysticism of the Heart.
